Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
Configuring a catch-all mailbox will be rather easy in case you’ve got a shared plan with our company. You can activate this option through our advanced, yet easy-to-work-with Email Manager, which is an integral part of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you’ll manage your hosting account. You will see all the email addresses that you’ve set up listed alphabetically and on the right side of each one there will be a small-size "Catch-all" icon, which will instantaneously tell you whether a specific mailbox receives all the email messages for a given domain name or not. With a single click on the icon you can enable or disable this feature whenever you like. In case there’s active email forwarding or if some other mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a particular domain, you’ll get a warning note from our system. The latter will not deactivate/replace anything automatically or without your approval.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all feature can be enabled without any effort if you have a semi-dedicated server account with our company. All the email addresses that you’ve set up with the domains hosted in your semi-dedicated account will be listed in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you will find a mini symbol conveniently situated right next to each one. With only a mouse click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your liking as long as there isn't another mailbox under the same domain name with this option already activated and there isn't activated email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate this option through the context menu that will pop up. If any of the conditions for creating a catch-all mailbox is not fulfilled, our system will warn you, but will not disable or replace anything automatically.
