You will be able to add or delete mailing list members by sending an email message to majordomo@your-domain.com, so you can do this from any location without even having to sign in to the Control Panel. If you import a mailing list member manually, they will receive a confirmation request that they have to accept in order to join the list. When they do that, they will get an email message with the list’s bylaws and features. You will also be able to view a thorough list of all your mailing list subscribers and to monitor who is receiving your newsletters or any other sort of regular electronic correspondence.
Mailing List Members in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you order a semi-dedicated server from us and you set up electronic mailing lists via the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel, you’ll be able to manage all your mailing list subscribers without effort. We offer one of the most popular mailing list client programs called Majordomo. It will allow you to view all your subscribers, to include new or to remove existing ones by sending an email message to the mailing list’s administrative email address, so you can administer everything without even signing in to your Control Panel. Of course, only you, being the mailing list administrator, will be able to do that. New users have to verify their subscription, so the emails that you send out will be legitimate and you won’t need to bother about emails getting reported as spam.
