Our backup scripts run every week, preserving all the customizations that you’ve made during that time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you want your VPS to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & set up particular software apps on it. And if this may seem like something too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an integral part of our Managed Services deal, is definitely the right thing for your needs. While using it, you will have the complete and undivided attention of one of our veteran technical support engineers who will install and configure any software package or solve any issue that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. With the KVM VPS Plans, it’s an optional feature.
